3-in-1 filling machine, combined with rinsing, filling and capping. It is used for mineral water, pure water, and other drinking water filling in PET bottles ranges from 200ml-2L, and capacity from 2000-42000BPH.

Main features
 

1.Rinser Part
After the bottle enters the main machine, it enters the rinser through the transmission star wheel. The bottle clamp holds the bottle mouth and turns it upward 180° along the rinse rail, so that the bottle mouth faces downward. In the specific area of the rinser (determined by the water distribution plate - the rinse water is pumped into the water distribution plate by the rinse water pump, and then distributed to the rinse clamp through 24 pipes), the rinse clamp nozzle sprays the rinse water to rinse the inner wall of the bottle. After rinsing and draining, the bottle is clamped by the bottle clamp and then turned downward 180° along the guide rail, so that the bottle mouth faces upward. The cleaned bottle is guided out of the rinser through the transition steel dial (pure water rinse) and transmitted to the next process - filling.

 

2.Filler Station:  
High-precision, high-speed filling valves are used, with accurate liquid level and no liquid loss, ensuring excellent filling quality; the valve will not be opened when there is no bottle, so as to prevent the loss of liquid and ensure excellent filling quality; the filling valve is made of high-quality stainless steel, and the sealing adopts a conical surface, which is easy to clean and scale-free. The filling process is completed after the bottle mouth contacts the filling valve. The filling valve is equipped with a flow control mechanism, and the flow rate can be set within a certain range according to actual needs.
 

 

3.Capper station:   
After filling, the bottle enters the capping machine through the transmission star wheel. The anti-rotation knife on the capping machine clamps the bottleneck, and together with the bottleneck guard plate outside the capping machine, keeps the bottle upright and prevents rotation. The capping head revolves and rotates under the drive of the capping machine main shaft, and realizes the actions of grabbing, covering, screwing and removing the cap under the action of the cam to complete the entire capping process.

9) The bottle washing system adopts the efficient cleaning spray nozzle produced by American spray Company technology, which can be cleaned to every place in the bottle.
10) The main electrical components, electronic control valves, frequency converters and so on are imported parts to ensure the excellent performance of the whole machine.
11) All components of pneumatic system adopt internationally famous products.

The membrane element is reverse osmosis, which can withstand the disinfection ClP treatment. The outer shellis made of alass tlber relntorced Dlastic and stalnless steel, The nner wal and the used pipes are polished anopassivated without dead angle and dead water area to prevent the growth of microorganisms. The valve tableseal ring and all pipelines are all equipped with German automatic welding equipment without wires. Theautomatic welding level reaches the design standards of hygienic level and water hammer resistance specifiedby FDA, and the pure water recovery rate reaches more than 80%.

Air  conveyor  
The air delivery path is supported on the ground by a tripod, and the fan is installed on the part of the air delivery path. The air inlet of each fan is equipped with an air filter to prevent dust from being blown into the bottle. The bottle is stuck in the bottleneck by the bottle hanging board in the air conveyor, and is transmitted to the bottle punching machine by the wind.

Automatic 3 in 1 Filling Machine 

This machine is specially designed for the filling of pure water, mineral water and other non-gas and sugar free bveverages in bottles, it is an integrated equipment for bottle washing, filling and capping.
1. This machine has a compact structure, a perfect control system, easy operation and a high degree of automation.
2. The air conveying channel and the bottle feeding dial wheel are directly connected to each other, eliminating the bottle feeding screw and conveyor chain, making it easy to change the bottle shape. After the bottle enters the machine through the air conveying channel, it is directly sent to the bottle rinser for washing by the bottle feeding steel dial wheel (neck clamping method).
3. All parts in contact with the material are made of imported high-quality stainless steel, with no process dead corners and easy to clean.
