6-6-1 type beer bottle washing filling capping monoblock is designed combined with the actual situation in our country after the introduction and absorption that comes from Germany technologies. It adopts isobaric filling principle and filling valve adopts high precision mechanical valve. It has advantages of taking small space, high precision in liquid level. Adopt Siemens automatic controlling system, realizing trinity of the machines, and control the rinsing , filling and capping process.
Main features
1.Rinser Part
-Rotary rinsing turret one treatment, fixed nozzles, with grippers.
-The grippers take the bottles from the inlet star-wheel while they are still driven by the star-wheel, thus guaranteeing a safe grip.
-After the gripping, the bottle is turned upside down and above a spraying nozzle which directs a stream of rinse water into the bottle. After the draining period the bottle is turned over to an upright position again.
2.Filler Station:
1. The entire filler is micro negative pressure filling system .Unique re-flux design saves cost, convenient for external CIP (clean in place)cleaning system. 2. High accurate SUS304 construction filling nozzle, make sure high accurate filling level SUS304L liquid bowl, pipeline system . 3. Filling level adjustable by choosing different silicone gasket (quick change over parts) No bottles, no filling 4. Butterfly type liquid bowl, with automatic water level controller. 5. If the fruit juice contains fruit granules, we need two different canned parts. First, fill the fruit granules with piston type filler, and then fill the fruit juice with equal pressure filler.
3.Capper station:
After filling, the bottle enters the capping machine through the transmission star wheel. The anti-rotation knife on the capping machine clamps the bottleneck, and together with the bottleneck guard plate outside the capping machine, keeps the bottle upright and prevents rotation. The capping head revolves and rotates under the drive of the capping machine main shaft, and realizes the actions of grabbing, covering, screwing and removing the cap under the action of the cam to complete the entire capping process.

The membrane element is reverse osmosis, which can withstand the disinfection ClP treatment. The outer shellis made of alass tlber relntorced Dlastic and stalnless steel, The nner wal and the used pipes are polished anopassivated without dead angle and dead water area to prevent the growth of microorganisms. The valve tableseal ring and all pipelines are all equipped with German automatic welding equipment without wires. Theautomatic welding level reaches the design standards of hygienic level and water hammer resistance specifiedby FDA, and the pure water recovery rate reaches more than 80%.
Prepare System ( mixing tanks)
1. The sugar melt tank , in the juice preparation system, is used for the function of syrup. Generally, there are two heating methods, steam heating and electric heating, and the corresponding equipment can be configured according to the needs of customers. The equipment is widely used in the pre-preparation process of beverages.
2. blending tank or mixing tank, the device is used to mix syrups and other materials in a juice or other beverage filling line. The melted syrup, water and other materials are added to the mixing tank in a certain proportion, and stirred by the motor to make the materials fully mixed and achieve better taste.
Co2 mixing system
It is mainly suitable for the processing and production of various carbonated beverages, and can also be used for other soft drinks. This machine is the main key equipment in a complete set of carbonated beverage production equipment.
Because of the advanced technology of one-time mixing, the mixing is uniform; the mixing ratio of water and syrup is strictly controlled by the metering device with fine-tuning function, and the average value of the mixing accuracy error is not more than 2%
This machine adopts vacuum deoxidation, and the deoxidation rate is as high as 90% or more; because of the double carbonization method, the gas content of the product is high,usually up to 4.0 times.
The machine adopts a closed system made of stainless steel, and is equipped with a device that can clean the equipment and pipes with disinfectant and hot water to meet the CIP in-situ cleaning, so as to ensure that the beverage produced by the machine meets the hygienic requirements.
Bottle spray wrammer
The bottle warming machine adopts a three section steam recycling heating design,the water spraying water temperature shall be controlled around 40 degrees. After the bottle go out, the temperature will be around the 25 degrees. Users can fix the temperature according to need. All the end of the warmer, it is equipped with the drying machine to blow the water outside the bottle. It is equipped with the temperature control system. Users can adjusted the temperature by himself
CIP cleaning system is widely used in beverage, fruit juice and jam, wine and other highly mechanized food and beverage production enterprises.
CIP cleaning system is mainly composed of acid tank, alkali tank, water tank, concentrated acid concentrated alkali barrel, heating system, diaphragm pump, high and low level, online pH detector and so on. It plays a very important role in ensuring the cleanliness of filling equipment.
