1.Filling Part:  
This canning filler uses float-ball cylinder type volumetric filling, the filling is controlledwith electronic valve, so that ensure the filling is accurate, difference can be controlled<+1ml (Actua of single valve +0.5ml). in additions, the filling volume can be adjustedon line without shutdown the machine.The machine is equipped with cleaning cups, can do ClP circulation rinsing
High-precision, high-speed filling valves are used, with accurate liquid level and no liquid loss, ensuring excellent filling quality; the valve will not be opened when there is no bottle, so as not to cause liquid loss and ensure excellent filling quality; the filling valve is made of high-quality stainless steel, and the sealing adopts a conical surface, which is easy to clean and scale-free. The filling process is completed after the bottle mouth contacts the filling valve, and the filling valve is opened. The filling valve is equipped with a flow control mechanism, which can set the flow rate within a certain range according to actual needs.

 

2.Capping part:   
The cap screwing machine is composed of frame, slide way, cap screwing device.transmission and others.The transmission of the cap screwing machine is drive to the gear by the reduce, thepower is transferred to the cap screwing head through the hollow main axle.The can is not rotating, the four small rolls will rotate and press cap. The cam is fixedThe cap is sent into the gear ring of the screwing cap head through the stirring deviceand slide way. When there is a can on the convey belt, a cap will move down with therotating of the screwing cap head and screw the cap on the can mouth.

The membrane element is reverse osmosis, which can withstand the disinfection ClP treatment. The outer shellis made of alass tlber relntorced Dlastic and stalnless steel, The nner wal and the used pipes are polished anopassivated without dead angle and dead water area to prevent the growth of microorganisms. The valve tableseal ring and all pipelines are all equipped with German automatic welding equipment without wires. Theautomatic welding level reaches the design standards of hygienic level and water hammer resistance specifiedby FDA, and the pure water recovery rate reaches more than 80%.

 

Sleeve Labeling Machine 

There are mainly three kinds labeling machine, PVC sleeve shrink labeling machine,  sticker labeling machine and OPP hot glue labeling machine.
It is built upon a framework of seam welded, food grade stainless steel section. This solid foundation keeps movement and vibration to an absolute minimum to ensure consistent, accurate labeling.
Sleeve Labeling Machine is custom built to meet the exacting demands of manufacturers and suppliers. It can be used stand alone or integrated in-line and matching filling equipment speeds.      
 

Shrink Film Wrap Packing Machine

As the latest uparaded packaging eaulipment, our equipment is a brand new packaaing eauipment desianedand manufactured based on the characteristics of heating shrinkage of packaging film. lt can arrange singleproduct (such as PET bottle) automatically, assemble into groups, push bottle servo, wrap film servo, and finallyform a set package after heating, shrinking, cooling and finalizing.
