The QGF 150 filling machine is an integrated filling production machine for 3gallon 5 gallon bottles. Filling, bottling and capping can be done simultaneously on this unit. The washing part is usually carried out in three steps, including the acid tank, the alkali tank, and the hot water tank, which can achieve the full sterilization and cleaning of the recycling tank.
This equipment is compatible with the semi-automatic lid extractor brush barrel machine to ensure that the interior and exterior of the recycling barrel are thoroughly cleaned.
intructions for barreled water filling
The filling valve of the bottled water filling equipment is controlled by a pneumatic valve. The high-pressure filling pump directly pumps water in, and the filling speed is faster. When the empty barrel reaches the bottom of the center of the filling valve, the contact switch receives the empty barrel arrival signal. At this time, the filling pump starts immediately, and then the pneumatic valve opens. The finished mineral water flows into the empty barrel through the filling valve. When the filling liquid approaches the barrel mouth, the flow rate of the liquid is reduced to ensure the filling level of each barrel. After reaching the set filling time, the pneumatic valve stops immediately, and then the filling pump also stops, and the filling is completed. A flow regulating valve is installed on the pipeline connected to the filling pump and the pneumatic valve, which can adjust the liquid filling flow to ensure that the filling level of each barrel is consistent. The bottled water filling equipment adopts such a filling method, and there is no need to return after filling, so that the finished mineral water will not be contaminated, so that the production is safer and more hygienic.
