Main features
1.Filler Station: The bottle is lifted by the cylinder when filling, and the high-speed operation is smooth and reliable. The bottle mouth rises under the action of the cylinder and seals with the filling valve, then the valve opening mechanism opens under the action of the cylinder to start filling. When the filling level reaches the set level, the filling valve closes and then the bottle drops under the action of the pull-down cam and the cylinder, and the filling is finished (to prevent the spraying phenomenon from contaminating the bottle mouth when it is finally disengaged). Vacuum pumps are used for the extraction of the negative pressure, which can better ensure the level of edible oil in the bottles.
2.Capper station: After filling, the bottle enters into the capping machine through the transmission star wheel, and the bottle neck is fixed by the bottle clamping device on the capping machine, which keeps the bottle upright together with the bottle neck guard plate outside the capping machine. The capping head rotates under the spindle of the capping machine, and under the action of the cam, it realises the action of grasping cap, capping, pressing cap and taking off cap, and completes the whole capping process.
When the capping head picks up the cap through the dividing disc, the top cap sleeve holds the cap against the cap and holds the cap upright to ensure that the cap is in the correct position in the capping mould to ensure the quality of capping. When the capping is completed and at the same time the capping head rises the capping lever pushes the cap out of the capping mould.

Packaging Machine
