The servo palletizer places cartons or film-wrapped products on pallets in a certain arrangement and automatically stacks them. It can stack multiple layers and then push them out to facilitate forklift transportation to the warehouse for storage. This equipment adopts PLC+touch screen control to realize intelligent operation management, which is simple and easy to master. It can greatly reduce labor personnel and reduce labor intensity. It can switch between different products and palletizing types without adding changing parts, and is suitable for palletizing film bags, cartons, turnover boxes and other products.
This single column palletizer consist of conveyors, carton arrangement system, palletizing main machine, complete layer griper, pallet dispenser, full pallet conveyor, empty pallet conveyor, control system.
Equipment composition:
ØMembrane/ carton package input and sorting device
1. Divide the film packets delivered by the film packaging machine into equal intervals according to the same spacing through roller conveying and accelerating belt separators, and separate the products through accelerating belt lines to prepare for steering and grouping;
2. Turn or not turn the membrane package through the PLC program set in advance;
3. The products are transported to the arranging platform through the roller conveyor to realize automatic arranging and grouping of products;
4. The entire row conveyor platform will push the completed first row of film packets to the palletizing partition layer with a cylinder, and push it back and forth according to the stacking type design to form the entire layer of palletizing.
ØLifting and palletizing devices
When the film bags are arranged on the entire platform to form a layer, they are pushed into the elevator platform by the cylinder transplanting mechanism. The elevator moves the tray forward to the upper part of the stacking position and places it smoothly on the pallet (or the previous sorting layer). To form automatic palletizing. The palletizing device relies on variable frequency motors and chains to complete its lifting, lowering and forward (reverse) movements.
ØPallet stacking and automatic supply device
1. Pallet supply device: The pallet warehouse can accumulate 10-12 empty pallets and supply pallets to the palletizing device regularly according to program requirements. Powered by a separate motor.
2. Pallet output device: When a pallet reaches the number of palletizing layers, it sends a signal to push the actual pallet out of the palletizing part. The actual pallets are sent to the designated location through the exclusion conveyor belt.
