 The machine is used for ordering disordered bottles, bottles are carried into the storing bottle section of the ordering bottle machine. With help of the pushing force of the rotating disk, bottles enter their position. With the function of the turning bottle device and the air-flow, bottles are ordered into bottle mouth-up-position and carried into the next process with the air-transferring type conveying bottle system. It is automatic controlled by PLC, speed can be adjusted by frequency. It can automatically screen out non-standard bottles.

Main features
 

This machine is used to organize disordered polyester bottles. The disordered bottles are sent into the bottle storage ring of the bottle unscrambler through the elevator. With the thrust of the turntable, the bottles enter the bottle grid and position themselves. Through the bottle turning device and bottle shifting device, the bottles are sorted into an upright position with the mouth of the bottle upward, and are output to the next process through the air-driven bottle conveying system. The body of this machine is made of high-quality stainless steel, and other parts are also made of non-toxic and durable series of materials. The electrical and pneumatic systems use some imported parts, and the entire working process is controlled by PLC programming, so the equipment failure rate is low and the reliability is high.
