1.External Bottle Brusher Washer
Function: to clean the empty bottles' external body with bush
Production capacity: 300 bottles per hour,

1. Processing: bottle on the conveyor ---bottle load to the external bottle washing zone--bottle lifting--brush inserting into the bottle--bottle internal and external washing in the same time---bottle dis-charge to the conveyor belt
2. No bottle no washing, lack of bottle no washing

2.Washer
 

1. Function: washing internal bottle with alkali water, tap water, detergent water and pure water-----filling water----- capping.
2. Production capacity:300 bottles per hour

4. rows eight-washing stops. Everything stop is 23seconds

3.Filler and Capper station:

The membrane element is reverse osmosis, which can withstand the disinfection ClP treatment. The outer shellis made of alass tlber relntorced Dlastic and stalnless steel, The nner wal and the used pipes are polished anopassivated without dead angle and dead water area to prevent the growth of microorganisms. The valve tableseal ring and all pipelines are all equipped with German automatic welding equipment without wires. Theautomatic welding level reaches the design standards of hygienic level and water hammer resistance specifiedby FDA, and the pure water recovery rate reaches more than 80%.

 

Cap Decapper

Function: to remove the caps that leave the 5gallon bottle that after used

Automatic 5 gallon Filling Machine 

The primary machine unit combines the core functions of washing, drying, filling, and capping for the production of 3-5 gallon barrels of drinking water. The washing process involves a series of stages, beginning with the use of alkaline liquid for thorough interior and exterior cleaning to effectively remove contaminants. Subsequently, both the interior and exterior are meticulously cleansed using disinfecting water, followed by a final rinse with pure water. The alkaline and disinfecting water are efficiently recycled in a closed-loop system. The entire process of washing, filling, and sealing is precisely monitored and controlled by a PC, featuring safety mechanisms for interlocking, signaling, and self-detection.

Shrink sleeve labeling machine for cap mouth

Automatic 5 Gallon Bottle Water Bag Packing Machine

It is mainly an equipment designed for the automatic bag packing of the finished water in the 5 gallon bottle production line to keep the barrel clean and reduce wear.
